We aim to ship in stock items within 5 working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment. All US deliveries are sent Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.95. Orders $300 and above ship free. Shipments usually arrive with 2-3 business days.
The shipping and return policy below applies to the entire scarf collection featured in the online boutique. It does not apply to wholesale orders.
SHIPPING MADE-TO-ORDER SCARVES
Scarves which are not in our Ready-To-Wear Collection are made to order and the edges are hand-rolled and hand-sewn by skilled artisans, which takes time. The entire process takes 4-6 weeks to complete before shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your email when your scarf ships.
DELIVERY PEACE OF MIND
We understand that you are busy and it's not convenient for you to wait around all day to sign for deliveries. In addition, shipping insurance does not cover all situations such as stolen, damaged, or missing contents, that occurred after delivery.
As a result of hearing from our customers, we now offer a hassle free delivery guarantee. This service will replace your items and give you peace of mind in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen from your door step, or other unfortunate event after delivery. You will see the option for Delivery Guarantee at checkout.

Free Gift Wrapping
We offer a free of charge gift wrapping service with every purchase.
Each scarf you purchase will arrive in our signature gift box. We also include a scarf storage envelope which is wonderful to use when you are traveling or simply to keep your scarf handy in your bag.
If your purchase is a gift, she will love the luxurious and memorable presentation.
Hassle Free Returns
If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your items you are welcome to a full refund or exchange. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at Hello@TheresaDelgado.com within 14 days of receipt, providing the item is unworn and in perfect condition. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
