How soon will my order ship?

Scarves are individually made to order and the careful process, including the hand-rolled edges takes 4 weeks. Shipping times can vary per location, but typically takes 3-5 days. See the item description for specific shipping times.

How much is shipping?

All retail orders have a fixed shipping fee. All orders ship from our studio in Los Angeles.

How will my order ship?

Each scarf comes beautifully packaged in a gift box tied with a bow, perfect for gifting. The gift box is then placed securely in a shipping box. 

How do I track my orders?

Sign in to your registered account and you will see a Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the USA.

Do you accept returns?

Unworn, undamaged items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit. Email Hello@TheresaDelgado.com to arrange a return.

How do I care for silk scarves?

Dry cleaning is recommended.  Email Hello@TheresaDelgado.com for any questions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, G Pay as well as payment via PayPal. 

How secure is this store?

This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments. Both services automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
