Exchanges & Returns

If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your items you are welcome to a full refund or exchange. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at within 14 days of receipt, providing the item is unworn and in perfect condition. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

When emailing us, could you please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will email you the address to send your return to. Refunds are issued as soon as we have received and checked the items. This is usually done on the same day. 

We suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office. This is a free service that the post office provides and proves that your item has been sent as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, postage and insurance is recommended. We do not cover the cost of posting returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
