How soon will my order ship?
Scarves are individually made to order and the careful process, including the hand-rolled edges takes 4 weeks. Shipping times can vary per location, but typically takes 3-5 days. See the item description for specific shipping times.
How much is shipping?
All retail orders have a fixed shipping fee. All orders ship from our studio in Los Angeles.
How will my order ship?
Each scarf comes beautifully packaged in a gift box tied with a bow, perfect for gifting. The gift box is then placed securely in a shipping box.
How do I track my orders?
Sign in to your registered account and you will see a Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the USA.
Do you accept returns?
Unworn, undamaged items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit. Email Hello@TheresaDelgado.com to arrange a return.

We use only the finest materials, including 100% 6A-grade mulberry silk, the highest quality silk available, and environmentally friendly inks. Skilled artisans meticulously hand-finish and inspect each scarf, ensuring you receive a truly luxurious piece. This attention to detail, combined with time-honored techniques, results in the exceptional quality and beauty that stands the test of time.
How do I care for silk scarves?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, G Pay as well as payment via PayPal.
How secure is this store?
