• This original painting (set of 2) was created with the highest quality acrylic paints on canvas, signed and varnished for protection.
• Float framed option available. Framed canvas option arrives in a wood float frame (see example of frame color and style above) with hanging hardware. Frame is thick enough to stand on its own on a desk, bookshelf, or tabletop. Please allow an extra 5 business days for delivery, if you select the frame option.
• Your purchase will arrive in a cello bag wrapped with Theresa's signature black ribbon and wax seal, then placed in a gift-able, protected box.
• Ships within 5-7 business days of purchase.
• Due to the custom and limited nature of the artwork, all art is final sale. In the rare case your purchase arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with the box and original shipping label to hello@theresadelgado.com and a replacement will be sent to you, free of charge.

Shipping
We aim to ship in stock items within 5 working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment. All US deliveries are sent Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.95. Orders $300 and above ship free. Shipments usually arrive with 2-3 business days.
The shipping and return policy below applies to the entire scarf collection featured in the online boutique. It does not apply to wholesale orders.
SHIPPING MADE-TO-ORDER SCARVES
Scarves which are not in our Ready-To-Wear Collection are made to order and the edges are hand-rolled and hand-sewn by skilled artisans, which takes time. The entire process takes 4-6 weeks to complete before shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your email when your scarf ships.
DELIVERY PEACE OF MIND
We understand that you are busy and it's not convenient for you to wait around all day to sign for deliveries. In addition, shipping insurance does not cover all situations such as stolen, damaged, or missing contents, that occurred after delivery.
As a result of hearing from our customers, we now offer a hassle free delivery guarantee. This service will replace your items and give you peace of mind in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen from your door step, or other unfortunate event after delivery. You will see the option for Delivery Guarantee at checkout.

Each scarf you purchase will arrive in our signature gift box. We also include a scarf storage envelope which is wonderful to use when you are traveling or simply to keep your scarf handy in your bag.

Hassle Free Returns
If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your items you are welcome to a full refund or exchange. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at Hello@TheresaDelgado.com within 14 days of receipt, providing the item is unworn and in perfect condition. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
