My goal is to help small business owners construct a career they are prospering in and most importantly excited about by sharing sales skills that actually work!
A little about my background…
My experience spans over 20-years in Sales and Marketing mostly in the pharmaceutical industry. I have also done training in the pharmaceutical industry from small groups of 5 to over 200.
My responsibilities included selling in several medical therapeutic areas and educating new hires on product training, company guidelines, and federal regulations as related to the pharmaceutical industry.
So, you might say,
“OK, that’s great, but how can you help me?”
As a sales professional, my responsibilities included identifying target customers, evaluating their importance to current business goals, and networking with key customers to grow market share.
As a Regional Trainer, my responsibilities included educating new hires on product training, company guidelines, and federal regulations as related to the pharmaceutical industry.
I was also charged with recruiting and initiating the hiring process of new sales representatives (resume review, interviewing, communicating with the Human Resources department and the hiring manager).
What I have to share is not “guesswork”, I’ve been the one who had to evaluate and sift through 100′s of resumes and interview potential candidates.
